This guy may look like a typical ‘unhealthy’ guy, a guy that a doctor would drop weight-loss hints to, a guy like the guy I saw get verbally abused on the street the other day (“eat a f***ing salad, fatty!”)…yet this guy is Alexander Klyushev, who won the title of Russia’s Strongest Man in 2009, amongst many others. He can bench press 280kg and can lift 420kg.
‘Looking fat/flabby’ = ‘unfit’/’out of shape’/’unhealthy’? I don’t think so.
It’s been said many, many times, but I must say it again. Weight and size indicate nothing about the person - I hate when people judge other people, and not just their health but their personality (“that fat chick is probably some lonely nerd”, for example - I’ve heard it before) too, just by their size.
It’s rude, stupid, devastating, detrimental, and wrong.
