Well my dear, your weight is just your weight - there is no “okay” or “not okay”, it just is what it is. Try not to worry if it’s perfectly right or not, because “perfectly right” is subjective. You are what you are, the body you exist in is what you’ve got to work with, and it’s just as capable and beautiful as anyone elses.
Sometimes we focus on things too much and they become overpowering, like how you feel so strongly about your proportions. Step back and breathe. You don’t have to love your body all the time, you don’t have to do anything, just try to keep your mind at peace and trust that your body is the way it is because it was meant to be.
