My body confidence is unique to me and your body confidence is unique to you. We have different bodies, needs, wants, goals, experiences - and thus, our journeys are different.
First lesson: Stop judging people. If you’re nicer to other people, you can be nicer to yourself.
Second lesson: Stop comparing yourself to people. Your body, health, life, is all yours and no one elses.
Third lesson: Be easy on yourself. The world is already trying to tear you down. You don’t need to help them with that.
Realize that all of this takes TIME. You didn’t learn to hate yourself overnight. You won’t unlearn that hate overnight either.
